Herzog's Dream :
A food processor attachment can shed your cheese like feeding a branch into a wood chipper, it's glorious

Invest in a automatic self grinding coffee machine and you’ll save so much money and have way better coffee

Always look for the best price per oz/lb etc whether it be store brand or a name brand on sale. Also bigger isn’t always cheaper per ounce

Oh. My. God. You do not use nearly enough Cumin. Or; you use way more than you think you do. If you ever use chili or taco or fajitas seasoning mixes - cumin. It’s also used in quite a bit of Indian food. Using spice mix packets, btw, a terrible financial decision.

The worst is bottled water. You get it piped into your house practically for free. All your paying for is a plastic bottle that will pollute the planet for centuries after you're gone.

I agree with most of your recommendations but the potency of herbs and spices do lessen over time so I won’t be buying the large containers of these items

I love cumin and many other spices. I have heard that many generic spices haw sawdust as fillers. also many cheap coffes contain mold. I don't use cups but I won't drink cheap coffee.

Containers of pre cut onions! Knife and cutting board! Sunday prep, 3 chopped onions in a mason jar in the fridge and I’m good for the week! Mason jars (or any cleaned glass jar), avoid the one time use of plastic bags. ☺️

I’m embarrassed. Precut fruit 🙋🏻♀️. Individual portion sized bags. 🙋🏻♀️How about the great gazpacho at Wegmans? 🙋🏻♀️. Premade salads….. 🙋🏻♀️. Thank goodness my nutritionists took away coffee.

Ok ok ....We just had some experimenting in our house. We have a coffee machine. A combo K cup, or brew and the K cups for some reason just come out better. I'll try to make another brew pot and adjust the amount. add more and we'll see how that goes

I feel you and you’re absent right I end up buying coffee and refillable cake crops. The only problem is I don’t know if coffee is too fine but it has messed up three of my machines where I’ve had to buy a new machine by using the grounds, but you’re right I measured it. I get 48 cups of coffee and I packet out of one bag of coffee problem. Is it destroys the machines like your content?

I agree except for precut PITA fruit. No precut watermelon, but I do buy precut pineapple.

Cumin is cumin. Oregano is oregano. I’ll happily see the results of this blind taste test any day.
