everyone says what gets the baby in gets the baby out 😅 i always opted for induction though because i am a planner and spontaneous labor gave me anxiety

It worked for me!! I was 39 +1, did the miles circuit at 8 pm and went into labor the next morning around 8 am :)

I did all the things: red raspberry leaf tea, evening primrose oil, miles circuit (MANY times), curb walking, birth tincture, dates, yoga ball bouncing, & a membrane sweep. I still ended up getting induced at 42 weeks 😅
