Spencer was not a perfect brother. Spencer did stupid stuff all the time. Sometimes he made bad sculptures that didn’t work out, but when it came to Carly safety, she was always his highest priority, making sure she was safe. Making sure she was properly taken care of making sure she got a good proper education making sure she had a proper roof over her head the episode where Carly is going to live with her grandfather and Spencer gave Carly. Her inhaler just shows how much Spencer cared about his little sister Carly as he states you may even know just in case because keeping something like an inhaler even if you haven’t had an asthma attack in forever at one time it could come back and it’s always better to be safe than sorry
