Let’s make this swahili household staple Mchuzi wa nazi ‘Coconut curry’ and green gram rice serve with some fried chicken or fried fish if you wish. What you will need:- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 large onion sliced  1 tablespoon garlic mince  2 tomatoes sliced  1 raw mango peeled and sliced  1 teaspoon Royco curry and spice  1 teaspoon Royco turmeric powder  1 Royco chili cube  2 Royco beef cubes  1 cup coconut milk  Salt to taste (optional) 500ml coconut cream  What to do:- In a pot over medium heat add in the oil, sauté the onions until soft add in the garlic mince and tomatoes cook until tomatoes are soft now add in the raw mangoes continue to cook until the mangoes soften, go in with the curry and spice, turmeric powder and the Royco cubes mix well until everything is combined now add in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer, once the liquid has reduced add in the coconut cream adjust seasoning with some salt if you wish bring to a boil for about 5 more minutes or until the curry is thick.  For the rice:- 3 cups basmati rice (soaked)  1 cup split green gram 2 Royco chicken cubes  3 cups water 1 cup coconut milk  1 tablespoon ghee Salt to taste  In a pot over medium heat add in the ghee then go in with the soaked rice and split green grams, crumble in the chicken cubes, go in with the coconut milk and water finish off with some salt to taste bring to a boil once the water has reduced cover with a tight lid and steam the rice for another 15 minutes on low heat.
