my cousins on my mom's side were like brothers growing up we were at each others house all year and spent summers at my Aunts house down Cape Cod together as time went by they got older got married and moved away and only hear from one in texts once and awhile , wish i could go back to when we were close

Nice in theory, but I don’t want to look out my back door into a hill, and have my neighbors looking down at me. Plus those stairs up in winter - NOPE!!

I had cousins but never had a relationship with them , younger or older . I heard of them but never met them . I spent one Christmas with my mom’s parents , didn’t know them , never really saw them again . Some say , you missed this ? I never knew Christmas like this , most of the time we were hungry and homeless, could be why I just don’t bother with Holidays. To me it’s just another day .

We still get Christmas at grandma's but our years are coming to an end any year now with her being 90 😭😭
