So my children were 5 and 8 when I was diagnosed. Stage 4 lung cancer. It was right after brain surgery my 8 year old sat on my lap in rehab and asked “are you gonna die?” It was the toughest thing I ever had to answer. It is now 7 years later and 75 treatments and I am doing good.
