its most definitley over rated- i’m not sure its even on the amex fine hotels & resorts or the forbes list. The willard/ conrad were much better experiences overall.

The tea is not good lol all the bites were awful, the Waldorf has a much better tea. Sure the rooms are cushy and it’s nice having a butler and the in room wine dispensers!

I felt like it was overrated. my room was outdated and the lobby smells old. cool location and enjoyed the after noon tea but hated that it wasn't at actual tables. the chair depth and the coffee table shortness was so awkward.
