Carrick out! I’ve never been convinced by his appointment. Tactically, he looks lost. We saw it last season when he couldn’t even find a way past a 10-man Everton side. It feels like he just assembles players on the pitch and expects individual magic to do the rest. There’s no clear tactical identity, no proper game management, and very little evidence that he can change a game when things aren’t going his way.
