½ lb hot sausage ½ lb smoked sausage/kielbasa 2 slices bacon 1 onion, diced 3 garlic cloves, minced 3 russet potatoes, diced 3 cups corn 4 cups chicken broth 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup shredded cheddar 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp flour ½ tsp smoked paprika ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder Salt + pepper Cook bacon, then brown both sausages. Add onion + garlic. Stir in butter and flour, then slowly add broth. Add potatoes, corn + seasonings and simmer 15–20 min until potatoes are tender. Stir in heavy cream + cheddar on low. If you want it thicker, mash a few potatoes or add a small cornstarch slurry. Top with bacon, green onion + extra cheddar.
