@jackdmurphy: Found these photos from my trip to Egypt when I was 20 and I genuinely need to know what was going through my head 😭 The Pyramids of Giza. Hundreds of tourists around me. A perfectly normal opportunity to take a nice holiday photo. And apparently my brain went: yes, this is the pose. There is something uniquely humbling about finding old holiday photos from your early 20s. You really think you’ve got the confidence, the outfit, the pose and the general vibe completely figured out… only to revisit the evidence years later and realise you were actually just deeply cringe. Still, I have to admit: 20-year-old me was having the time of his life.
