Ingredients: * Joy Color Cups * Blue cake mix, plus ingredients listed on the package * Blue icing * Candy eyes * Mini cookies Instructions: 1. Prepare the blue cake batter according to the package directions. 2. Place the Joy Color Cups upright in a muffin tin to help keep them stable. 3. Carefully fill each cup about ⅔ full with cake batter, leaving room for the cake to rise. 4. Bake according to the cake mix directions, checking for doneness with a toothpick inserted into the center. 5. Allow the cake cups to cool completely before decorating. 6.
