I use the cubed potatoes and add melted butter to the mix and top with buttered cornflakes and it’s amazing!!!

We love hash brown casserole! I use cream of onion soup rather than chicken and it’s delicious!

I make something similar but I use plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream to up the protein. :)
