Start calling local rescues around Missouri. They will get the means of a court order and everything and get these dogs confiscated and they’ll try to find them good homes or at least call animal control because yes, this is animal cruelty, and the only way for them to be taken away is a warrant to have them legally seized and taken out of this place because this is hell this is no way for two dogs, let alone one to live specially, the fact that they don’t have any clean water or food and they have one tiny little shelter that they’re expected to fit two dogs inside. They need at least two shelters and fresh, clean water and food. I would document everything you can get as much evidence as possible take it to the local courts show them the evidence take it to the cops show them the evidence and I would get a warrant through the police station by a court to get these animals seized and rescued and hopefully in brand new homes that won’t do this to them because this is just not right if you wouldn’t do this to a person, don’t do it to an animal. This is cruel and people that do this make me sick not only emotionally but physically because this is messed up.

Call animal control and report. They make take time to come out but keep bothering them. Or list their number here so the public can call and put pressure on them. It should be illegal to not have shelter (that dog house can’t fit both) especially in hot or cold temperatures, they are entitled to clean water and food. So it should be illegal. Good you have video, keep videoing their circumstances for evidence. Are they underweight? That would help too. If you could find a reputable rescue in the area, maybe they could take them. Clearly the owners don’t care about them and don’t want them?

So why don't you scrub the other bowl out and use it? As well. I prayer someone come and takes both of them. just because they're dogs, it doesn't mean they should be living that way.

I would start by calling the cops and filing a report and then take it to court and get a warrant to seize them, but I would start calling the cops and animal control and they can take it from there, but I would get enough evidence to show the cops that way they can get a warrant and sees these dogs and take them to a place where they’ll be taken care of even if it’s a rescue for just until they get rehomed or adopted out it would be better than the situation. They’re in right now so document all your evidence and take it to a judge and the police and hopefully they can get a warrant to see these dogs and get them off of this property because this is just wrong.

You need to call the humane society!!! or any animal control. who cares what the owners care or think. it’s for the animals best and they obviously need help. if they are getting abused, which it looks like they are. you can find help, don’t give up
