I would say definitely get an epidural right away cause yes your back labor is gonna be vicious. I only had back labor for two pushes, but it was horrible.

My fourth baby was 9 lbs, 3 oz. I walked so much that I ended up losing weight. By delivery, I was 11 lbs over my starting weight. I didn’t even look pregnant. You’re small and fit. That baby will be a good size.

I was just like that. They measured me every week. And she was absolutely perfect 6 lbs. 11 oz. 19 inches long. But it is crazy.
