Following his passing (wisaal), his students and spiritual successors continued this practice. They also began remembering Shaykh Abdul Qadir Jilani رضي الله تعالى عنه, recounting his life, teachings, piety, and spiritual legacy, while reciting Manqabat in his praise and making Fatiha.
