I could see if another resident was outside revving their motor. Being a nuisance etc. I can you ASKING them to move or please stop... BUT a city vehicle, doing their job for the city and you asking or telling them to turn off their truck. They don't so you feel you can reach in the work vehicle and it shut it off. Some people feel so entitled 😐.
