I was once asked to demonstrate high jump in front of the whole PE class (which was half of all the girls in our whole year group) I did it perfectly, then as I was walking back to sit down, I tripped over the end of the safety mat, landed literally flat on my face on the wooden hall floor, knocked myself unconscious and wet myself, then the whole PE block was “evacuated” while I was taken away in an ambulance. 🤦♀️I’m 35 now and it still keeps me awake at night. 🙈😂
