@mervin_d_hunter: It is part of our duty to our fellow citizens and tourists to expose these pickpockets publicly, keeping people aware and safe. Along with this responsibility comes real danger—there are times when these criminals strike back, leaving us bruised or injured. But we accept those risks as part of the mission we’ve taken on. While many people appreciate what we do, there are also those who get annoyed, feeling that we are just trying to play the hero or stepping into a role that should belong strictly to law enforcement. Yet, despite the criticism, nothing compares to the fulfillment that comes from protecting others and serving the community you live in. As a Filipino living in Italy, I want to fully dedicate myself to this society. Being a good Filipino doesn't stop at the borders of our homeland.
