I left the trio because it stopped feeling like a friendship that brought me peace. Instead of feeling happy and included, I often felt confused, hurt, and emotionally drained. There were misunderstandings, mixed signals, and moments that made me question where I really stood. It became difficult to enjoy being around the group because there was always tension or something left unsaid.
I realized that staying in the trio was affecting my happiness and my peace of mind. I didn't want to keep overthinking every conversation or wondering if I truly mattered. I also didn't want friendships to become complicated because of misunderstandings or feelings involving someone else.
Leaving wasn't because I hated anyone or wanted revenge. It was a decision I made for myself. I chose to protect my peace, focus on my own growth, and surround myself with people and situations that make me feel valued, respected, and comfortable. Sometimes walking away is the healthiest choice, even when it's painful. I appreciate the memories we shared, but I believe it's better for me to move forward and focus on becoming a happier and stronger version of myself.🤍🤍🤍🤍♥️
