Um, I did have a stylist once that was always so distracted. She was always talking to people coming in or people on the phone. She was so distracted once she waxed off half my eyebrow and cut half my hair shorter than the other half!!! I did not go back. 🫣

They really do! I had a customer complain about the perfume smell in my store and I told her how I just had a gentleman in testing out a couple fragrances and she goes “well you should tell him about the no scent policy!!” Ma’am, your in the beauty department, it’s literally my job to be selling these fragrances 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

so I used to work in a salon that the owner would get so mad. if I opened the door early. I would open it up 5 minutes before our start time and I would check them in and let them sit in the waiting area and let them know their stylist would be with them in a minute. my viewpoint was I would rather have them checked in ready and comfortable. her viewpoint was we don't open till 9:00. we don't open the doors until 9:00
