What do u think about her getting down to 82 degrees in 5-15 minutes, if we’re going by their timeline, in 32-40 degree weather??? So, they got the baby’s heartbeat back at 6:40 pm…..that’s not gonna happen more then 30 minutes after the anoxic injury….45 max….and these times are even on the rarer side. With 45 minutes even we’re getting into a crazy rare event. The AHA studied drownings and found that most people got a heartbeat back at around 16-18 minutes max after going without oxygen. But, that’s with drowning so we can’t really apply it here, but it’s still an anoxic injury so it’s interesting to note. So if we go back 30-45 minutes from the time the baby was brought back, we get 6:10 pm and 5:55pm…..if Lindsay did it, then it’d have to be at these times and she’d still have to go upstairs and get out the window. The ambulance got her at 6:15 pm. So we’ll give her 2 minutes to get upstairs and our the window. That means she got on the ground anywhere from 5:57-6:12. So she was on the ground anywhere from 3 minutes to 18 minutes ….and 18 minutes would be in the extremely rare case that baby’s heart was brought back after 45 minutes from his injury ….so know it’s more likely she was on the ground for around 3-5 minutes….if we go by the cops/patricks timeline……it is not possible for her to get to 82 degrees that quickly in my opinion…..even with the blood loss and spinal injury….yes, she can’t maintain her temp….but her body is still a mass and would cool like any other mass with the environment….its the timeline not adding up for me. Look at John Okeefe in the same state in very similar conditions….he was in 30 degrees for 6 hours and got down to 80 degrees….but it took him 6 hours ….he was also on a snow covered/dusted ground with injuries. Idk. For me to convict anyone, I’d need a more thorough investigation…..if Lindsay doesn’t confess…..is there enough evidence to convict her? I’d say no.

OK, just one little thing. Why did he know that her pills were ground up in the glass with lemonade and maybe I don’t know his whole testimony but how did he know that and when did he mention that maybe somebody can answer that that’s one of my uncertainties
