I don’t know I’m genuinely lost, I’m trying to better myself and everytime I’m doing good, something fucked up wants to happen. I believe I’m coming out of my depressive episodes then boom, I’m right back to where I just climbed out of. What the fuck is wrong with me? I’m not sure I been asking myself that for years, I believe I am cursed not that type of way but mentally, I know what needs to be done I know how to do it but when it’s come to I can’t, I freeze or push it back another day. I need help but when someone ask “how you doing” barley anyone ask me that but I always say I’m fine, why do I know I need help but always act like I’m fine, I don’t want to be a burden I don’t want to put anymore weight on another beings life because they have their own problems why the fuck would they care about mine.. #alone #MentalHealth #
