I was called to jury duty last year. They asked if anyone has bias against police. Raised my hand said so. “I don’t trust police”. Told them I was an attorney. They still selected me 🤷🏼♀️spoiler alert: verdict was NG 👏🏼

At this stage, all jurors need to be checked properly by any DA or Defense Attorneys before they can sit as a jury. People have a tendency to lie...

You’re exactly correct. The issue is disclosure. If everything was properly disclosed, prosecutor and defense can make their best, informed decisions. I hope any juror who lied at voir dire is held accountable.
