@lexbushfield: Eating more doesn’t mean eating more garbage 👀 If your goal is to build a strong, defined physique, your body needs the right building blocks to actually create it. That means enough total calories, enough protein to support muscle growth and recovery, enough carbs to fuel your training and performance, and enough fats to support your overall health. You can be putting in ALL the work in the gym, but if you don’t understand how to properly fuel your body, you’re making it so much harder to build the physique you’re working for. And this is exactly why I don’t just hand my clients a calorie and macro target and send them on their way. I teach them what they should be doing and the science behind WHY they’re doing it—so they actually understand their nutrition and can apply that knowledge long after we finish working together. If you’re ready to stop guessing and learn how to train AND eat for the physique you want, let’s chat 🤍 1:1 coaching application is in my bio. #nutrition #coach #Fitness #toned #muscle

That's not entirely true though; in the first photo, you already had the muscle, it was just covered by body fat. The only way to get to the second photo is by being in a calorie deficit to lose that fat, which means the calories that actually got you there were closer to what you say you were eating in the first photo, not the second. I don't think it's fair to put out information like this because it isn't accurate, and it can lead people to eat more, thinking they need to match the calories you claim to eat in the second photo, only to end up gaining weight and getting frustrated, since they believe they're doing exactly what you did to get those results.
