i’ve known people who have narcissistic personality disorder, they’re really sweet. and most of the time (from my understanding, at least) they don’t necessarily mean to hurt people and it usually happens subconsciously because that’s the way they taught themselves to cope with the stress and pain they deal with.

Ive seen sooo many videos from autistic people that are basically saying “autism is the good guys who have special powers to fight the evil narcissists” and its so weird. I remember I was trying to make a friend, and then I mentioned that I have ASPD. they immediately said they didn't want to be friends anymore and blocked me the day we met. I only have aspd due to my very severe trauma. I'm also learning to be more emotional and empathetic but I just struggle most of the time. I'm not a bad person.

Tbh this is me personally, but I cannot be friends with someone with npd. And I feel bad for them. They have to unlearn a lot of shit by the time they’re an adult and readjust themselves and I don’t wanna be there for that

I also wanna add that if you don't have an "acceptable/romanticized" type of OCD, you're viewed as a villain as well. Agoraphobia, POCD, trichotillomania/dermotillomania, hoarding, and somatic are all viewed as dirty, wrong, or immature.
