I finally fixed my PC crashing issue and it would play for 30mins to an hour. Then changed the psu added new ram and a air cooler still crashed all along it was the graphics card got a new 9060xt 16gb now

bro i have a weird issue with mine and I cant tell if its my gpu or my cpu but im pretty much not getting any visuals period, brand new mother board and power supply, the gpu and cpu came out of 2 working computers and I even bought new fans, I cant figure out what it is because you can tell it powers on but still no visuals, I even bought a new monitor and HDMI cable, I took it apart about 7 times and still cant figure it out
