Take it back to them, show the videos, if they find no issues, try to do it again in the parking lot before you leave. If they say that you’re purposely doing it, get an attorney and get with the DOT. BMW has to do a TSB and safety recall for whatever the issue it. No car should be doing that no matter if it’s NA, turbo, EV, Hybrid. It’s not a race car, it’s a production car. My guess is electrical issue weather it’s in the throttle pedal or the throttle body itself.

This exact same issue happened with the X6 years ago, I commented on your other post, they denied anything was wrong, but years later it did get lemoned after they were sued! It was one of its first years, and it was the M series but they called it a half M or something because the M had not been fully released. Terrifying.

i feel like i remember this being an issue on bmws dating back 10+ years. i used to detail cars and one time i pulled either a 3 or 5 series out of the garage and it felt like the accelerator was stuck but there was nothing for it to stick on. the floor mats were out of the car being shampooed. wild that this is still happening!
