Brother, this is exactly what we’ve been talking about. Now you’re speaking up because it’s affecting you personally, but that’s not how we should look at politics or leadership. We have to be able to see the bigger picture, even when we aren’t the ones being harmed. Where was this outrage when Hispanic communities were being targeted, when Black communities were being affected, when poor and working-class people were struggling while policies benefited the wealthy? Now that something has reached your doorstep, suddenly you’ve had a ‘come to Jesus’ moment. I’m glad you see the problem now, but empathy shouldn’t begin only when the consequences finally reach you.”

C-TOWN GAMBINO :
everybody voted for him based off his first term in the economy not realizing that was Obama's economy. it takes 8 to 10 years to see what a president previously did from the start of the term to the end to see how the economy was. so anything from 2016 to 2020 was Barack Obama's economy. and I admit this now even though I supported Trump. but when you do the math on it his first term was Obama's economy. bided adherited Trump's first economy and Trump right now is a hearing his first economy and the pandemic economy. I honestly think the quicker people just admit this the quicker we could probably get new people in there to fix this.

I wish people would figure it out. It doesn’t matter who is in office. We’re always fucked.

It’s almost clicking for them. Almost. This is what I said 2 yrs ago when he won. I can afford a Trump presidency. I make $240k/yr. My wife is a doctor who makes more than that. She also comes from a wealthy family. But most people can’t afford his second term & now they are finding out.

Sir, you do realize we all buy groceries. Many have multiple kids. We know what a frugal/ healthy meal costs & how to stretch a dollar. Try it. We’re better off now vs then

My weekly food budget is $350 for a family of 4 and honestly, it’s pushing it. I’m spending $60 a week in gas, and that’s only if I drop the kids off at school, go to work and back home. Any deviation and it’s more. My electric bill last month was $460 and I live under a nice canopy of trees. So I feel ya on every bit of this. I also voted for him 3 times, this next election cycle, I’ll be voting blue.

If they retain power after the midterms, the pain will be 10x worse. They’ll gut everything!!!!!! Meemaw/peepaw, they don’t need Medicare, or SS. Vets? Good luck, they’re shutting that down.

Just imagine the kids who can no longer go to school and get their one meal a day or two meals because they’ve cut the free school lunch program. There are so many stories like yours where at least you’re able to make them much so they can’t go to school. There are so many more children out there who are suffering also he can line his pockets crazy work diabolical even.

Gas is high because of your state. I live in a county with high taxes and the next state over it’s cheaper. My mortgage is cheap but my insurance is higher because of people making claims . My property taxes are higher because a new school was built so my taxes go to that . My car insurance is higher because people making claims and getting in accidents so they have to penalize people. It’s not all of the president. It’s also corporate greed . I’ve been under Obama and had to pay a fine for not having medical insurance. I’ve been under Biden and trump and I’m still doing fine .
