Maybe you could say the room of requirement adapted to the castle but before it was a place that if someone came across it gave them shelter. Maybe the founders came across the land and the room of requirement showed them they could build there.

centuries ago Centaurs probably lived in forests all around the country, mermaids and gaint squids lived in harmony in lakes all aroind the country too, same with any creature, as mankind had expanded, their living area has shrunk, the area Hogwarts is now one of the few safe spaces (because of Hogwarts) for them to live

Actually, the room of requirement was constructed by one of the founders... 👀 its truth is hidden in the place ironically where everything is hidden. Happy hunting 💋 also I absolutely adore your videos. I look forward to them every day.
