I went crazy on the Mirena IUD and several brands of the pill. Slynd is the only thing that has helped

Iโve found the opposite, i had HORRIBLE mood swings naturally, which went away after taking the yaz pill, which is approved for pmdd :) shows everyone is different

everyone I have ever known that had the nexplanon thing in their arm went cuckoo for cocoa puffs and had to get it out within like a month of insertion, one of my friends literally had to to the psych ward bc her GYN couldnโt fit her in for an appointment and she tried to cut it out herself thats how bad it was for her

do you have any birth control recommendations that could possibly stop a period? I've been trying to manage my pmos but recently found out that I can't take combination birth control because clots run in my family. I'm panicking, my periods are incredibly heavy and painful to the point where I have panic attacks when I think I've gotten my period and I don't know what to do

I have the flip problem - progesterone only makes me lose my mind and my joints dislocate (I have hEDS and this would happen without the pill as well). Lo Loestrin is my bestie!!! Will never give her up.

I just had to up to a high estrogen one to stop my prolonged bleeding (which is working) but Iโm scared bc I keep getting videos that high estrogen bc is bad

iโm currently taking nikki and it seems to be working okay for me! i have pmdd and pmos- and due to cardiovascular concerns, i havenโt tried BC with estrogen in it until now. slynd and o-pill made me lose attraction to my boyfriend, and my body just wasnโt tolerating kyleena very well (had it for 9 months, never stopped bleeding, found out that it was sitting at the exit of my cervix instead of in the middle of my uterus where itโs supposed to be๐ญ). itโs fascinating to me how different everyoneโs experiences with BC can be.
