SQ3R: Skim, Question, Read, Recite, Review. Skim through the chapter taking note of headers, bold words, and anything that generally stands out. Make up some questions based on those things you noticed. Read the passage in sections or however you feel is best but sections are better for reciting. Recite what you've read in your own words so they are no longer words on a page. Review by answering those questions you came up with. Make sure to write down important concepts/definitions if you notice that your still missing with your questions. I also had no idea how to study and I am learning. This method seems precise and concise enough for me seeing as though I need to get a feel for everything i learn instead of just absorbing like people thinking studying is.

I just rewrite my notes into a concept map, and star anything I know I will not remember. If i’m reading anything that is overall long i’ll type it out instead and highlight anything I personally think is important. Then I uses Ai to make questions or define hard concepts. I used to uses quizlet but then I realized I was literally just making the flash cards and not using them to study.

write a study guide. don’t just copy and paste answers. WRITE IT by hand or by key on the keyboard. search up and find the information and then simply it if needed, and write it down (personally typing lets me remember things easier)

I was horrible at studying I struggled with organizing my studying but then i bought a white board and I was low key in my delulu state I started acting like I was teaching on the whiteboard what I was studying and it's now my favorite way to study for anything helped memorize human anatomy and worked for me😭
