jumbo spooky cheesecake stuffed sugar cookies 🎃 i know how intimidating these look lol but they’re actually so simple to make!! these are perfect for spooky season and anyone who loves cheesecake, here’s how i made them :) ingredients: 1 cup salted butter, softened 1 cup granulated sugar 2 eggs 1 tbsp vanilla 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 3 cups AP flour filling: 6 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 1/2 - 2 cups powdered sugar 2 tsp vanilla make it: in a bowl, add butter and sugar, mix well. next mix in eggs and vanilla. finish with baking soda, baking powder and flour and mix until combined. for a more marbled effect i added my food coloring at this point since it’s harder to mix in, but if you want a more cohesive orange color, mix in food coloring before adding the flour. chill in the fridge until filling is ready. for the filling, add cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar into a bowl and mix well. set aside in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour, just to make it a little more scoopable. once ready, get a ball of dough and make a bowl out of it with your fingers, add the filling and cover with some more dough, forming a ball. roll around in some granulated sugar and place on a greased cookie sheet. i also added pilsbury pumpkin sugar cookies to make them look more festive :) i made 6 giant cookies out of this recipe but feel free to make them smaller if you’d like! bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. let cool and serve! these are best served fresh out the oven but are also really good cold too. i hope you love! :) #cheesecakecookies #halloweencookies #pillsburycookies #cozybaking #explorepage✨ - @allielaroseeee
