My husband had horrific oral hygiene and didn’t floss at all and only brushed once a day. Car rides were the worst, it would permeate the entire car and make me nauseated. Smelled like feces and garbage water. He’d kiss me in the morning before I left for work and I could smell it on my upper lip all day. It was awful

I struggle with bad breath. It is not from not eating. I floss at night and brush my teeth twice sometimes three times a day, I use a salt water peppermint mouthwash. I have always been self conscious and cant get it to go away. I chew gum constantly to try and prevent offending people. It’s exhausting. I was always told if someone can’t change what you are telling them in 30 seconds don’t tell them. It is rude and they probably already know. So I am sorry I offend you 🤷🏽♀️I really don’t know what else to do.
