I sit where I can see my tv, i play a video of the life I want to live (no sound/volume), and then I play music while wearing my headphones to pump me up. Anytime I get tired or feel like stopping (out of habit I always look up or away from my work), I look at the tv (cause its literally all up in my face) and remember what im doing it for and get back to work (sounds kinda confusing sorry).
