@crmnallyobsessed: "SICK SON OF A B****!" A Florida doggy daycare owner is facing 21 voyeurism charges after employees discovered a hidden camera inside a bathroom electrical outlet, deputies say. Volusia County Sheriff Mike Chitwood says workers at Dog Dayz Inn near New Smyrna Beach found the camera and contacted authorities. When Donald Hemphill, 59, was arrested September 7, deputies say he admitted installing the device several months earlier. Chitwood says staff grew suspicious after an employee allegedly found an image of her 10-year-old daughter using the bathroom on Hemphill’s phone. Detectives say they found additional videos on Hemphill’s phone showing unsuspecting female victims in various stages of undress, including a child. Chitwood called Hemphill a "sick son of a b****!" Hemphill is charged with 10 counts of digital voyeurism and 11 counts of video voyeurism of a child.
