@essen.recipes.official: Whenever I am super hungry I crave this easy, and so delicious beef! Quick dinner recipe! Today I’m making an easy beef stir-fry with peppers, onions and a garlic-ginger sauce that’s too good to leave in the pan. Make some rice to go with it. You’ll see why! The sauce is simple: soy sauce, fresh garlic and ginger, a splash of vinegar and just a little brown sugar. Together with the beef, sweet red pepper and onions, it makes a lovely homemade dinner for those evenings when you’re craving takeout. The poblano pepper is optional, so you can leave it out. The green onions are optional too, although I really recommend adding them at the end! Serve this pepper steak over rice or with noodles, and spoon some of the sauce over the top. There’s no need to make anything complicated on the side. I hope this gives you a new idea for dinner this week.
