Iv lost half my hair due to weight loss, so two months ago I started your routine.. I’m using that oil 40mins before I shower, then cleansing shampoo the roots, then moisturising shampoo the roots then deep condition the ends… always use heat protection spray, then once a week I use bonding oil.. hoping it helps with the breakage & my hair can thicken up & grow….
