We had a referendum for a national voice to parliament for First Nation people which came back a No vote and it seemed to let people think they could be loud and proud racists. It’s really sad, they don’t represent all of us but they are very loud out it.

I'm aussie and seeing other white Australians say Australia is "tolerant", "nice", "not racist" from their own perspective is crazy bc theirs and my experiences is gonna be different to how others have it. i've seen many pockets come visit and talk about how they experience racism here and its so disheartening and shameful that it happens. we need to do better
