@jakeclaverqfop: Order books will have gaps during a fast move. That is real and some sellers will miss their limit prices. The XRPL DEX routes through available liquidity across issued assets which helps. The larger point is that institutional demand for settlement at that price level creates buyers who need XRP regardless of what retail sellers are doing. That sustained institutional demand is what holds the gap rather than letting it crater back down.
