Exactly here in california, I know every rule to cps i know there's going to be people who judge me. But I don't give a flying furby, what they think. i have six children with disabilities. All of them have adhd and autism each one of them have other disabilities we see multiple specialists neurology psychology psychiat gastroology because of their disabilities, they go to 6 separate schools. and we've been investigated more than 23 times by cps over the years. and this is how it always goes. They either i won't be home and they'll leave their card. And I will call them back and set up a time for them to come. in the next twenty four hour. or they will knock on the door and I will be home. I will step outside, shut my door ask them what the allegations are and most of the time they try to evade by saying things like general neglect or physical abuse. And won't give me the actual allegations. What day exactly what i'm being accused of. or for example, one complaint we had was that we didn't have any food in the house. Another one was that my house was dirty, which it wasn't, and then another complaint was that I picked my ten year old daughter over my head. And threw on the ground, which I did not. And I could lift her over my head even if I wanted to. Because of the fact, i've got three dislocated, vertebrae, in my spine and bad hips, I can't lift anybody that high i have trouble just taking out the garbage. so after I find out the allegations, I only let them investigate what the allegations are. for example, when somebody called in the middle of the pandemic and tried to claim that I didn't have food. i told them okay, you can come in and I'll give you a tour of my kitchen. i was very aggressive in the tour. very sarcastic, I said this is our living room. This is where my children watch tv. quickly walk to the dining room and said, this is our dining room. This is where we eat. i walked to the kitchen covered? And said, this is where I keep my dry food that attacks me when I open it i said the same thing about my freezer, because it was overly filled. then, I opened the refrigerator this is where I keep our food. shoulder, that my water and my stove worked.

you don't talk to CPS and you don't open the door no kids no case parents know your rights you don't open the door you don't talk to them. it is so simple and don't put your kids in the public school put your kids in private school or homeschool CPS is not there for the kids so they just after the money.

im a mandated reporter as im a daycare provider and i srsly dont fk with cps unless its like something straight up bad and i know without a doubt. like one time we had a kid with cigarette burns on her arms that she said her dad did on purpose so my boss called on them but thats literally the only time in 14 yrs I dont mess with them

There is an underbelly to everything. I am sorry you’re enduring this. I have a friend that lost all her kids special needs kids and she was a good mother. Going through rough patches. But she done her best. Still fighting with the a$$holes she has busted her back to do as they say. Don’t matter. They are terrible.
