As someone who has gotten 20/20 scores on “food & safety quiz” for my old school club tailgate (where we make food and sell it for club fundings) handing food without gloves is way more sanitary than doing it with gloves. And if you want to say “then change them” how do you think gloves are made? They’re made from machines that probably arnt clean enough and they get stuffed into a box… trust me doing this without gloves it fine. And if something were to happen with the food then the buyer could literally just sue them for foodborne illnesses? (Food poisoning). You wouldn’t want to risk that as a business, so rest assured them not using gloves is not the end of the world! 😭
