Cats actually tend to prefer a well-used scratch pad! 😂 It already has their scent on it from the glands in their paws, and the shredded texture can be more satisfying for them to scratch. So if it looks absolutely destroyed but they’re still using it, they’re probably very happy with it 😂🐈

Just buy the scratch mats that are sticky and adhere it to them. Temu for the win. I haven’t had to buy a cat tree in 3 yrs.

Try taking it apart and flip the scratching pads the bottoms are still the same material and are clear. I have scratching pads like top and bottom and I flip them over they are not useable no more
