@dicas.util5: I found a TV my neighbor was throwing away because repair shops said it was unfixable. I took it home and discovered the screen spots were just a software issue, not a hardware defect. Using my phone's USB cable, I connected it to the TV, went to Infotec Tutorials, ran a diagnosis, and fixed the screen control software. Now the TV works perfectly.
