Open it but do it carefully so you can keep the package for a little bit and then throw it out when you’re over it that’s what I do when I have this problem especially because I don’t ever plan on reselling my collectibles

Honestly, if it was cheap you should just keep that one in the packaging and buy another one that’s loose off of eBay or something. There’s no going back after opening something like this. I personally like to have two of collectable stuff like this, one for display and one for actual use (if I can afford it obviously)

Do it open it use it and enjoy it. We’re not getting any younger when we go. Someone else is gonna swoop in take our stuff either. Use it sell it or toss it out so go ahead and enjoy everything you have yeah yeah we can’t take it with us, but we can sure as hell enjoy it while we’re still living. I have collections and I’ve been opening them up and actually using them and enjoying them. I have a figure that’s worth 200 bucks. I opened it up and I’m displaying it and enjoying it because I’m never gonna resell it and someone else will come along. Take it to resell it after I’m gone so nope I’m gonna enjoy it while I’m still kicking.

I’ve been in this predicament so many times!! The solution is obviously to buy another one that you CAN put on the board and keep the original in the package 💕💕💕

I believe that if you don't open it you are not fully enjoying what you have and when you pass away someone will enjoy it open instead of you, idk you but I don't plan on selling treasured stuff.
