Instead of disabling your phone, try putting it on airplane mode then put it in a different room. It’s helps me disconnect every time.

A lot of this is to stimulate the test environment. often times the classrooms is cold . Sometimes you hear the air conditioner, which is white noise versus music often you can chew gum in a test and also during studying. Love it all!!!
