walked in and saw the entire contents of the front of a car on the ground, seats dash, everything...asked what they had to fix .....headlight....all for a headlight! That's when I knew it was all planned obsolescence and that engineers should be required to work in a shop for 2 yrs minimum before designing 1 GD thing!

They actually take the cabin filter out of my car, take a picture of it and then put the dirty one back in when I tell them no I don’t wanna pay $150 for a cabin filter. They literally have done all the work and they won’t charge me the filter plus a reasonable amount. So they put it all back together dirty… That’s where customer service is today.
