4 years of isolation really does something to someone. I can’t even go outside of my own on my porch without overthinking or having a fast breathing problem. I can’t even go into restaurants. Barely into stores I usually go at night bc it’s not so busy. I try my best to be social but I genuinely can’t anymore.
