I have watched alot of your videos and got alot of good info I finally applied for ssdi on july 5 and was approved on september 4 even when on step 3 it went to federal review september 1 and moved pretty fast I get my first check in December because of the 5 month rule but i am still on my short term thru work until dec 1 so for me it all did work out great i was so nervous to start this process

What about if you have a condition, you work as a remote/online tech support for like Apple 30 to 40 hrs a week, you need help with minor stuff or can’t be left alone because of seizures or dizzy spells, can a person like this be classified as disabled…?

I applied on 9/30/25. In August ‘26 they sent me several forms to fill out - function report, work history, cardiac and I forget the last one. 2 weeks ago, I had direct deposit notification from the bank. I wasn’t expecting a deposit and when I checked to see what it was, I almost had a heart attack. A 11 months of back pay was in my account. A week later I received the “approval letter” from them! I’m so glad I found you on TikTok, as I was filling out the forms you were in my head on how to answer some of the questions.

I have to have a second hearing because my soon-to-be ex-husband wrote a letter on my behalf. He called Social Security and said it was fraud to be mean now the judge wants to know about the letter. Is that a good or bad sign that I didn’t get denied the first time

These videos have really been popping up in my for you as if TikTok has been listening. Only problem I see with all of this is you're limited to how much money you can have in your account and you are stuck living off the government for pennies in comparison to what I would've been making, so it wouldn't matter if I used my 401(k) and my pension because I would still be limited up until the age of actual retirement where SSI would no longer exist. But by then I would probably be screwed, homeless and have nothing to leave behind. So I guess I'm just gonna have to stick it out.

I thought in one of your TikTok’s you said that if you’re over a certain age, you don’t have to prove you can’t do any job, just the job that you have been doing for many years prior to applying for disability

A friend of mine, after being on disability for 3 years, had a "review" and had him see a Dr. He then was taken off disability. Is this normal? Do they always do reviews?

I had to leave my job in apartment maintenance to get an easier job so I went to a nursing home did Housekeeping that was too much now I'm in laundry I had a heart attack heart surgery 7 Stents.I'm 60 And my heart works at 30%. Do you think I have a chance?

What if you have been diagnosed with kidney cancer and only have one kidney and the other kidney is not functioning properly and you have to have the other kidney removed also can you get approved for disability and the person is a Veteran
