nahhh if your pup doesn't dry correctly in environments like that they can get sick, too. that place needs better animal knowledge

30 min for a Husky? My small, short haired Beagle took 2 hours. One hour just to stop her from drinking the bathwater and doing gymnastics + rinsing is very important and another hour drying her Dumbo ears. 😂 I miss her so much though. I’d give up 10 years of my life just to have 5 more minutes with her.

That’s blasphemy! I have my 10pound Morkie and it takes me 3 hrs in total for the whole Shabang! 30 mins to dry it not doable for me at least.

i use pet supplies plus all the time to wash my dogs & ive NEVER heard of them using a timer for anything regarding the wash station wtf

if there needs to be a timer it should be stated ahead of paying...not after youve paid and randomly, or pay different amounts for specific lengths of time.

Oy! with the 🐩 already 🇨🇦 :
I couldn't even groom my smallest dog (miniature poodle) in 30 minutes. My biggest dog (100+ lbs standard poodle) takes 1.5-2 hours depending on coat length.

She deffo retro time restricted you because she promised the couple after and was too 🐓 💩 to tell them she made a mistake. I doubt they actually limit 30 mins. You should ask, make a complaint. And then get a free Unlimited sesh or 5
