Code RED10 saves on your order 💛 ✨Loaded Potato Soup: •1lb bacon •1 large onion, chopped •5 cloves garlic, minced •16cups red or russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1” chunks •8cups chicken broth •1cup water •1cup bell pepper, chopped •2 Tbs fresh chives, chopped •1tsp paprika •1tsp salt •1/2tsp pepper •1/4-1/2tsp cayenne 1. Cut bacon using scissors and cook until crisp in large pot. Once crisp remove bacon bits and set aside, leave bacon drippings in pot. 2. Add onion, garlic to the pot and cook 5 minutes. Then add potatoes, broth, water, bell pepper and bacon to the pot and mix well. 3. Bring to boil, and add all your seasonings. Mix, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, until the potatoes start to breakdown. 4. Fill soup into prepared quart jars leaving 1” headspace. Remove air bubbles, double check 1” headspace- fill any jars that you need to maintain the correct headspace. wipe rims, place flats and bands on- fingertip tight. 5. Pressure can quart jars for 90min *for serving make a roux before adding soup to thicken. If you want while the soup is heating add 1/4c heavy whipping cream.
